Greedy bastards. just want to keep taking people's money.

The drive thru service at the Crofton branch is notoriously slow and under serviced prone to making errors. Last week the teller gave me a deposit slip that had a stamped amount different from what was actually deposited. It’s not the first time errors have happened at the drive thru and the wait time at the window gets longer and longer.

This bank location never has too-huge lines, and the staff is very helpful and friendly!

I have been a customer since this branch opened. I have always found them to be very helpful and courteous. Just like any other place, if you get there during certain times, there will be a line, but I do 95% of my banking online so it is never a problem.

I was infuriated, first by having to wait as long as I did in line, and now being dismissed in such a manner after sitting in a hot running car. As a long time customer I was not use to this type of service, this teller needs a serious lesson it providing good customer service.

I arrived at the drive thru on 4:55pm – the sign as I pulled behind the one vehicle at the window was green and I noticed it turned red as I placed my car into park. The vehicle in front of me took almost 10 minutes to complete their transaction, I know this as I was keenly watching the clock.

i am a business owner at this bank . i waited in the drive thru line patiently to make a deposit for my business. No cars in front of me I waited at the drive thru window for 25 minutes watching customers come in ,after i got there, be waited on in front of me. i pushed the call button. the employee came to the window did not speak a word. i said hello , no response, so I put my deposit in the tray. The employee took my deposit walked over and continued waiting on other lobby customers that had come in after me. After 10 more minutes I had to be back at work , forcing me to leave her with my deposit of over $1,000 without a reciept. what should I do. I tried to call the bank several times and no one answers the phone. they are forcing me to find anothe banking institution. sad I have been with the since they opened.

When I pulled up a teller shook her head, I motioned to please come over and was rudely told they were closed. I indicated that this was not the first time I have had to experience such slow service at the drive thru and that I had arrived before the drive thru closed. At this point the teller, a woman with dark hair and spoke with an accent, waived her hand at me as if to say "go away" and in a dismissive manner walked away.
