Rented two 15 passenger vans. Pick up and drop off was easy and everything went as planned. I would use again.
Good experience.. opted for this location rather than BWI airport.. much more affordable prices. Good service. No complaints .. received email inquiry after a day or so from this location asking me if everything was good.. that was appreciated.

Worst service ever! Waited 3 days for availability of a damn sedan! Common car! Then the manager emily came off as racist and proceeds to ask me what I felt she should do? Not in the business of laying out people’s job details but for starters i would bring in invetory that satisfies the needs of the crofton area.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND enterprise crofton at all. There was another guest as i waited for 45 mins who was visiting from Israel and the way the family was grilled with questions not pertaining to the rental was embarrassing for me as a US citizen to watch. Enterprise needs to clean house starting with that racist manager emily!
The people were kind. Enterprise requires a $100 deposit on a card with the renters full name on it. They ran my card, said it didn't go through. I checked with the bank, the money was there, asked enterprise to rerun it. They claimed they couldn't re-run the card for 24 hours, so I needed a money order. Now I have to wait to be mailed my deposit rather than getting it right back on my card.
