As I look back on my past experiences with Quality, I remember how the staff patiently helped me choose my tile, even considering how to help me get the best value for my money. The installation phase couldn't have gone any better. So am happy to see the company is still in business in Crofton.
If anyone needs carpet, they should definitely go to Quality Carpet in Crofton. The sales team were very informative and extremely helpful. They installed my carpet and I had a problem with the conversion from my kitchen to the den and they fixed the problem and replaced the whole carpet for no charge. When I am ready to do the rest of the house, they will be the only Carpet store I will go to. It is certainly refreshing to have true customer satisfaction.
I had a wonderful experience with Quality Carpet One. I definitely shopped around and was beyond impressed with their pricing. I'm very pleased with the quality of our carpet. It has held up great against the wrath of my children. We've had tons of compliments on how soft it is and how unique the color is. We are just beyond pleased. Not sure what the previous post is all about because we had exceptional service with the owner. He truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be using this company again!
The sales staff are wonderful and very understanding and pleasant to work w/ even when you have questions. The flooring is wonderful and the installation staff were superb. The installation staff explained everything and worked efficiently. I would recommend then and use them again, for other flooring.
Hope to pay them a visit soon.
