Love this place! I've been going here for Brazilian waxes for about a year and honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. Jess is my go to girl but I've also seen Meg and both ladies are professional and friendly. The whole staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend Doll Wax Salon!
Unfortunately if you are not there before your appointment they will call and berate you on the phone. Today there were terrible thunderstorms in the area and they called to say if I wasn't there in 2 minutes my appointment would be canceled. I showed up at the 5-minute Mark. There was nobody in the reception area other than the receptionist and he told me that I could not be seen. I have been to doll wax salons in all three locations. They all have the policy of calling and threatening cancellation. I have never had my service take the entire time scheduled and have never seen a lineup of people waiting in a waiting room. And yet the gentleman today refused to let me have my service. So my advice is go early or don't go and find somewhere else that can understand that violent thunderstorms can make a person 5 minutes late
Best waxing salon in the area! Their prices are unbeatable and they know what they're doing. High quality waxes with less pain than other places, especially brazilian waxes. If you are getting your first brazilian, go here - you'll have a great experience. Plus, one of the workers created and patented their own spray that eliminates red bumps. It's super effective and quick acting! I'm a loyal customer.
The staff there is fantabulous. Jessica is my person and she is very professional she's people orianna she talks you through the procedure she's very knowledgeable if you have any questions
Amazing service! I had gone to two other places before here and those places do not compare to Doll Wax Salon. I have been coming here for about a year now and receive outstanding service each time I come. The staff are courteous and helpful. They definitely make a customer feel more relaxed for any service done. I would highly recommend them!
