Great pizza. This place is far from my house, but when I have an opportunity, I go right away for a pizza. Actually there are other Pizza Boli's near, but they are not so good as the Crofton store5
Driver was really nice and understanding about a misunderstanding but, terrible customer service from manager. Rude and unhelpful. Not ordering from here again.
I worked for them for a year back in 2012 I called today to find out my managers last name for a job application spoke with 2 different people who refused to give thier own names and would refuse to tell me the current or past managers names I had to call multiple times because they purpousley kept hanging up on me then threatened to call the police because "I was disturbing the business" at 11 AM on a Wednesday. Horrible customer service to a former employee and also cursed me out. By the way they are not a legitimate business everyone employed is paid under the table and treated horribly. When I worked there they would also leave the dough out all the time as well as other food items that should have been stored properly when closing. They should be shut down because they literally serve expired and tainted food.
This place is terrible. They get my order wrong then complain and get mad at me because I want them to fix it. This is a common problem I get when a place is run by all foreigners plus I can barely understand them and they barely could understand me. Food was mad sloppy like it was rushed like they didn't even care. I couldn't tell if the food was good or not because the experience was just that bad. I know I'm not the first person with a bad experience from them. Now I have to go to all American restaurants now cause these foreigners always mess up my order and I can never understand them. They're just rude with no common courtesy. They're disrespectful 2 guys joke in the back about why I want them to fix my order. I never have problems with Americans taking my order. So 0 stars actually.
I have never had a bad meal - of any sort - and I have never had a bad experience. The one time a part of the order was left behind they had sent out another driver before I called. All of my orders have been delivery and I always order online. If a special instruction is not understood, they call to check. The place is pretty perfect.
